Click the Submit button. You should now see a referrerRemover item in your Editors Only menu.
How to Use Referrer Remover
To remove referrers, click on the checkboxes next to the referrers you want to delete. Click the Delete radio button in the Commands area, then click the Submit button.
To report the selected referrers as SPAM, click the Report as SPAM to the UB and Delete radio button in the Commands area, then click the Submit button.
To check referrers that are contained in the Url Blacklist, click the Check all SPAM known to the UB radio button in the Commands area, then click the Submit button.
To delete referrers containing some particular text, click the Delete referrers containing... radio button in the Commands area, enter some text, then click the Submit button. There is a recent strings popup menu to recall recently used strings.
To sort the listing by date, domain, hits, or referrer url, select your choice from the Sort by popup menu in the Commands area, then click the Submit button.
If you have JavaScript enabled in your browser you can take advantage of the Check All / Clear All feature. To check all or clear all of the checkboxes, click on the checkbox at the top of the checkbox column. In addition you can click on Check All or Clear All at the bottom of the list.
When reporting SPAM it can take a while to process the referrers. The more referrers the more time it takes.

Notes
You can add a "referrerRemoverListingAlternateRow" class to your CSS to control the listing alternate row color.
Some referrers that may look like referrer SPAM are not SPAM. For example you might see something like these...
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=sex+and+the+cityPlease don't report these kinds of referrers as SPAM. If you don't want them to be in your referrers, use the Delete button.

Deleting all referrers may leave a few behind. If you've tried several times and some referrers aren't being deleted, do those one at a time.
